The Project: A new-build seasonal residence based on a builder’s catalog model.
The Challenge: The initial design lacked the technical detail and interior articulation required for a high-end build. The project required a complete design review to resolve spatial conflicts as well as a full suite of material specifications, custom millwork design, and structural layout modifications to suit the owner’s lifestyle.
Our Stewardship:
We provided the necessary design articulation and made sure that the "catalog" start became a bespoke finished cottage. Following design refinements, we acted as the owner’s representative including managing thousands of communications, vetting payment requests and change orders, ultimately providing the owners with an independent "white glove" project delivery.
The Outcome:
A streamlined, professional build where the owner remained at a strategic distance, confident that every technical detail and budget dollar was being expertly managed.
